At DeVita Natural Skin Care, your online shopping experience is safe. We don’t store your credit card information on our server. All transactions are processed using state-of-the-art 128-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology. Sensitive data, like your credit card number and personal information, is sent through Authorize.Net SSL secured pages.
Credit Card Payments
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover cards. As you complete your credit card payment, please enter your billing address exactly as shown on your credit card statement. Please be sure to enter your credit card information carefully, or your payment may not be authorized. If your credit card payment is declined for any reason, please feel free to give us a call at M-F 8am – 4 pm (Arizona time) 1-877-233-8482. We’ll be happy to assist you with your transaction (online credit card processors can be temperamental). A valid CVV (Card Verification Value) number is required to complete your credit card payment. The CVV code can be found on the back of your card in the signature box – only the last 3 or 4 numbers are required. If your CVV number is missing or illegible, you may need to call us to complete your transaction. This safety measure is intended to protect you against fraudulent credit card use.

All orders over $100 will receive Free Shipping within the Continental US. Additionally, with each of your shipments from DeVita you will receive a free sample for your enjoyment!
After placing your DeVita Natural Skin Care order, you will be sent a receipt and order summary via e-mail. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing.
We use UPS for all shipping within the U.S., its territories, Puerto Rico and military addresses – up to 5 business days for delivery (usually less). UPS Expedited Shipping is available. In some instances, we are asked to ship signature required. If you are not available to receive your package, UPS will attempt delivery of your package for three consecutives business days. After this time period, the package will be returned to us. Any shipping fees incurred due to this situation, will be charged to you for our inconvenience.
International orders are shipped by UPS International Global Express with signature required. Telephone numbers are required for shipment. UPS will not authorize shipments without a telephone listed. This generally requires 10-14 days for delivery, though customs and shipping delays are possible. If you are not available to receive your package, UPS will attempt delivery of your package for three consecutives business days. After this time period, the package will be returned to us. Any shipping fees incurred due to this situation, will be charged to you. Please also note that any special international fees, i.e. customs, import, impound etc will be the sole responsibility of the receiver. Please allow adequate time for receipt of your order. If you have not received your order within 30 days, please let us know.
Please note that we are required by law to include accurate customs forms with all international packages. We are unable to declare orders as ‘gifts’ or report incorrect values. Thank you for your understanding.
Your business is important to us. At DeVita Natural Skin Care, we double-check your order and pack everything carefully prior to shipping. But things do happen on occasion. If your order arrives damaged or is not correct, please let us know right away within one week of receiving your package. You can click on the Contact Us tab. We will be happy to correct the problem.
If something has been damaged during shipping, you may need to return (at our expense) the damaged portion of your order, so that we can resolve the issue with our carrier. Please save all your packaging while we get things sorted out.
If you find you may have experienced an incompatibility with any of our products, please call DeVita at 1-877-233-8482 to explain the situation and receive instructions on our return methods. Absolute minerals cosmetics are non-returnable. We suggest trying any available samples offered before buying full-sized products. Skin care products are eligible for return within 30 days. This policy applies to any DeVita Natural Skin Care product purchased through www.devitaskincare.com.
In an effort to reduce waste, we at DeVita Natural Skin Care have gone to great lengths to provide packaging with is eco-chic. This beautiful packaging is made from 100% post recycled paper, PETG #1 home recyclable plastic and non-leaching collapsible tubes. Very few items will require special attention. We at DeVita will reward you for returning any used BLACK lids and compacts from our absolute minerals color lines to us. We can recycle (but not reuse) them.
Here’s what you need to do:
1. Collect 5 Absolute minerals lids or compacts from full-sized products
2. Pack them in recyclable materials like paper or cardboard. Items sent in bubble wrap, packing peanuts or other non-recyclable materials are not eligible for the rewards program.
3. Include a note card with your e-mail address, and send the items to:
