DeVita has a rich history and love affair with aloe vera. This particular ingredient has played an integral part in our brand story from the beginning. We love it for its natural ability to soothe and calm inflammation, hydrate, and penetrate the skin faster and deeper than water. After 20 years of proven efficacy in naturally-sourced skincare, we’re reinforcing our commitment to aloe vera-based skincare with an innovative, propriety, patent-pending blend called Aloe-Hyplex, which you will now find at the heart of all DeVita products. While aloe vera is the core ingredient in our Aloe-Hyplex blend, two additional ingredients make up our signature delivery system: organic green tea and super moisturizing multi-molecular weight hyaluronic acids.

ORGANIC ALOE VERA Used as the core ingredient we start with a high polysaccharide, organic aloe vera lovingly and organically farmed in the Southwest USA. Always harvested from the most bountiful part of the aloe leaf, our aloe vera is completely pure, never processed or exposed to high heat.

Aloe has been known for its soothing and healing properties for at least 6,000 years. Aloe vera is an antioxidant-rich plant loaded with skin benefits and made up of amino acids, enzymes, minerals, vitamins and so much more. All of this natural goodness helps soothe, moisturize, and heal the skin while antioxidants help improve skin’s natural firmness.

HYALURONIC ACID BLEND (HA)

HA attracts and retains over 1,000 times its weight in water within the cells of the skin, making it an excellent moisturizer. Our skin cells naturally produce hyaluronic acid, but as we age, those levels begin to diminish, losing skin’s full, plump, hydrated appearance.

The innovative aspect of the HA we use is that it has both high and low weights which allow the hydration to penetrate the epidermis down to the dermis! This results in advanced skin moisturization and skin nourishing benefits for a world-class result that reflects a healthy, more youthful-looking appearance.

ORGANIC GREEN TEA

Green tea is a powerful antioxidant chock full of Vitamin B2 and Vitamin E, both essential for skin health maintenance. B2 plays an essential role in maintaining collagen levels for youthful skin structure and firmness. Vitamin E supports new skin cell growth and also acts an intense hydrator for soft and nourished skin.

Green tea also features Epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG), which is a type of disease-fighting flavonoid and antioxidant that naturally helps fight DNA damage from UB rays making it a powerful anti-aging ingredient. Green tea is also a powerful antibacterial agent for treating acne and unclogging pores.
