Shipping and Return Policy
LIMITED TIME ONLY! All orders over
$75 will receive Free Shipping within the Continental US. Additionally, with
each of your shipments from DeVita you will receive a free sample for your
enjoyment! After placing your DeVita Natural Skin Care order, you will be sent
a receipt and order summary via e-mail. Please allow 1-3 business days for
processing.

of 12/08/2017 FEDEX will NOT ship to apartment numbers or Units.
Domestic Shipping
We use FEDEX or other
carriers for all shipping within the Continental U.S., its territories, Hawaii,
Alaska, Puerto Rico and military addresses – up to 5 business days for delivery
(usually less). FEDEX 2 day shipping is available for orders placed prior to
Friday. Orders placed on Friday’s after 12.00 PM Arizona time will be shipped
the following Monday, In some instances, we are asked to ship signature
required. If you are not available to receive your package, FEDEX will attempt
delivery of your package for three consecutive business days. After this time
period, the package will be returned to us. Any shipping fees incurred due to
this situation, will be charged to you for our inconvenience.
PLEASE NOTE: FEDEX will not, under any circumstance, deliver to a Post Office Box. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

International Shipping
Effective July 1st, 2015, INTERNATIONAL ORDERS will not be processed via devitaskincare.com.
Return Policy
Your business is important to us. At DeVita Skin Care, we double-check
your order and pack everything carefully prior to shipping. But, things do
happen on occasion. If your order arrives damaged or is not correct, please let
us know right away within one week of receiving your package. You can click on
the Contact Us tab and we will work as swiftly as possible to correct the
problem.
If something has been
damaged during shipping, we may need you to return (at our expense) the damaged
portion of your order, so that we can resolve the issue with our carrier. Please
save all your packaging while we get things sorted out.
If you find you may have experienced an incompatibility with any
of our products, please use the Contact Us page or call DeVita at
1-877-233-8482 to explain the situation and receive instructions on our return
methods. Skincare products are eligible for return within 60 days of purchase.
This policy applies to any DeVita Skin Care product purchased through www.devitaskincare.com.
Customers are responsible for shipping the products back to DeVita Skin Care
Headquarters, before we can issue a refund.
We
are aware of NON-AUTHORIZED parties selling COUNTERFEIT DeVita on Amazon® and
eBay®. We are alerting our valued customers, retailers and distributors that we
are aware of this issue and actively working to resolve it.
Please note that DeVita will not be able to honor our 60 Day
Money Back Guarantee for any products sold on Amazon® or eBay® by
Non-Authorized Retailers. We recommend that you use caution in buying products
from Non-Authorized resellers as some of these products may cause permanent
damage to your health.
